baby plants

my sweetie aaron's primary hobby is growing rare and fascinating plants. he makes trades for free seeds and cuttings. here's our living room right now:



those two tall gents in the back are avocado trees, the bushy one off to the side is a tomato.

one of those is an aloe polyphilia, which grow up to look like this.



i can't wait to be planting these little sprouts outside soon! here we have celery, lemongrass, some melons, so many little excitements. come a good season, i will be drowning in food to can and freeze, and giddy for the pleasure of it. come on, summer!
